I collect your name and email address plus any other information provided by you on the contact form or via direct email contact.
This website also uses IONOS SiteAnalytics*, tracking and logging are enabled. IONOS SiteAnalytics does not use cookies to protect personal data. IONOS does not store any personal data of website visitors, so that no conclusions can be drawn about the individual visitors. The following data is collected:

• Referrer (previously visited website)
• Requested website or file
• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Device type used
• Time of access
• IP address in anonymised form (used only to determine the location of access)

Purpose of collecting data

I use the data to respond to your enquiry and I do not share that data with third parties. Under UK General Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful basis I rely on for processing this information are :
a. Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Emma J Richardson (details above).
b. If we enter into a contract, then we have a contractual obligation.

IONOS SiteAnalytics data is collected exclusively for statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website.

Storage of information

Your information is securely stored and will be kept for either :

b. A period specified in any agreed contract to which we enter.
Your information will then be deleted from IT systems and any paper records destroyed.
